We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown and to the address which you specify.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day, our delivery time is within 3-5 working days to the UK mainland. Orders made after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.
Our “Standard” delivery service is available for all UK customers only.
It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.
All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 10 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at shop@synchronicityscents.com or call 020 3989 3031. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Returns & Refunds
Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/ seals intact.
If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. This excludes defective items.
We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to the address below. You can submit your cancellation notice by email.
